Strength in Partners, Inc. 

Our Mission

We are a consultation corporation that supports non-profit organizations by strengthening leadership and facilitating non-profit to non-profit collaborations.  Our goal is that nonprofit  organizations may be stronger and more able to further their own missions of service their communities, through our services of organization and community development consultation, executive coaching and training.
 

Our web-site is designed to achieve three objectives:

	To let you know how Strength in Partners, Inc. can be of help to you.
	To be a useful informational resource to non-profit leaders regarding the best practice theories, tool and techniques that aid in working with other organizations,
	To help to facilitate connections between non-profit leaders, and  assist with strategic alliances.

Company Profile

Strength in Partners, Inc. was founded in January 2000 by Patty Sadallah.  Patty Sadallah has been an Organization Development (OD) consultant/trainer since 1982.  She is a graduate of the AU/NTL Masters of Organization Development, 1987.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Ohio University, 1982.   She has taught continuing education classes on the topics of Team Development and Managing Effectively in a Changing Environment at Cleveland State University for 10 years.   She is a member of National Training Labs (NTL).  She is a Master Associate of Internet Recruiting Group (IRG). 

Patty has created and co-created several models that guide her consultations including:  The Management Success Sequence, (with John Keeny) Consumer Driven Strategic Planning©,  The Mission Statement Guide©, The Body of Skills Leadership and Organizational Assessments©, and Strategic Marketing (with Tom Woll).
