eight years were in sales, marketing and manufacturing organizations, and
the last eleven have been in the non-profit arena.

Strength in Partners, Inc., founded 1/1/2000 to present:
Planned, Designed and Managed the SERVICE COORDINATION PLAN Training
Initiative for the Family & Children First Council in Cuyahoga County. This
involved the cross system policy development and coordination of training
for 5,000 people in 14 public service systems for the county including:
Cuyahoga County Department of Children &
Family Services, Cuyahoga County Department of Senior and Adult Services,
Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency, Cuyahoga County Work &
Training and Cuyahoga County Health & Nutrition, Alcohol and Drug Addiction
Services Board, Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board, Cuyahoga
County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, Juvenile
Court, Justice Affairs, Cleveland Municipal School District, the Early
Intervention Collaborative, and the Cuyahoga County Office of the Ombudsman.

Another consulting project through Strength in Partners with
BRYCS consisted of a Community Needs Assessment for Refugee Youth in
Cleveland, Atlanta and St. Louis. Conducted 16 focus groups and designed
and implemented an online survey of service providers.

Director of Organization Development, Catholic Charities
Services Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio, 1997- 1999: Responsible for
preparing Parmadale and other 25 independent Catholic Social Service
organizations to merge as one Catholic Social Service System. Facilitated
18 teams toward system integration, prepared the system in its successful
achievement of J.C.A.H.O. Accreditation, and trained and prepared leaders to
respond to community needs using The Strategic Marketing Model, (Tom
Woll) with a result of 84 new services and $5.4 million of new service
revenue.

Director of the Parmadale Training Institute, Parmadale Family
Services, Parma, Ohio- 1992- 1997: Responsible for training and
organization development including team development, organizational
assessment and intervention, leadership project management and training plan
creation and execution. Later re-named the Catholic Charities Training
Institute, the institute was responsible for training social service leaders
through-out the State of Ohio on topics related to clinical and non-clinical
service to children and families, non-profit management and self care for
the helping professional.

Independent Organization Development Consultant, Sadallah &
Company, Cleveland, Ohio – 1986-1992: Served manufacturing organizations by
way of organizational assessment and intervention as a sub-contract
consultant for W.I.N.O.C. (Work in Northeast Ohio Council). Began working
primarily with Non-profit organizations in 1989 also doing organizational
assessment, board and staff development and strategic planning using the
models mentioned above. Worked with more than 30 organizations during this
time doing strategic planning, board development, project planning and
organizational assessment work.

Director of Relocation and Training, MacInnis Realty, Inc.,
Akron, Ohio- 1982-1986: Responsible for selling and managing relocation
services to corporations and designing and delivering all training for
Realtors. Generated 30 relocation referrals per month by networking and
providing services to corporate executives.

It Takes a Community to End Homelessness. Designed and
facilitated this “community collaboration” conference that brought together
190 social service, community and ministry leaders to address the joining of
forces around the issues of homelessness in Cleveland. Sponsored by the
Diocese of Cleveland, June 2000.

A Day of Hope, Designed, Coordinated and
Facilitated this “problem-solving” conference that brought together 230
ministry, social service and juvenile justice leaders to problem solve
children and violence issues, Sponsored by the Diocese of Cleveland, June,
1999.
·
Cuyahoga County Family & Children First Council- Assisted with
the training design and implementation of the multi-system Service
Coordination Plan training implementation process that focused on
multi-need service integration between the
Cuyahoga County Departments: Department of Children & Family Services,
Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services Board, Community Mental Health Board,
Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities, Employment Services, and the
Office of the Ombudsman 1995-1996.
