How do I add Yahoo Email as another choice for default email in IE 7.0 under Tools/Internet Options/Programs?
I used to be able to add Yahoo email as a default email selection on a Microsoft download version of IE's Tools/Internet Options/Programs. I have searched Yahoo and can't find the web page that allowed you do add it to IE. It was some "activeX" or some other type of download from a Yahoo web page that allowed Yahoo Mail to be added to the list of "Programs" such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail.
There used to be a link to download a small file to make Yahoo! Mail your default email, but Yahoo! has pulled the file and now you have to install Yahoo! Messenger in order to add Yahoo! Mail to your list of default email options.
This used to be the link to the file to make Yahoo! Mail the default mail and add it to the list of email options.

You can download Yahoo! Messenger here:

If you already have Yahoo! Messenger, re-install it. If you don't want Yahoo! Messenger and uninstall it, it should leave Yahoo! Mail in the list of email options.
