How We Work Strength in Partners, Inc. knows that non-profit organizations work on a team decision making process. Whether your "team" is the Board, or a Search Committee, you need to work a specific process to successfully hire that Top Leader. With 20 years experience in leadership team facilitation, we can work that process quickly and efficiently. We firmly believe that this process leads to a high-quality initial analysis and can create an information foundation that will assure an excellent match between company and candidate. This service is delivered on and engagement fee basis. At this point we submit our “Unbundled” contingency-based placement service option. Once again, due to our extraordinary operating efficiencies, we can save you thousands of dollars over traditional recruiters and do a much better job. Contingency-based means that we are performance driven, we do not get paid unless you hire our candidate. Once you have agreed to allow us to help you find your leader, we then conduct extensive Internet-based research to identify passive candidates - professionals not actively exploring the job market - who meet your established criteria. (As opposed to unemployed candidates whose resumes are posted on job boards and just about everywhere else.) Once these high-quality passive candidates are identified, Strength in Partners, Inc. contacts them to review their qualifications for, and determine their interest in, your opportunity. We do all the preliminary work so that your staff is never burdened with hundreds (or thousands) of unqualified resumes. Typically, we present the two or three most qualified candidates for your consideration. Next, to insure success of the new hire, Executive Coaching can be delivered.
